El fil\u00f3sofo franc\u00e9s Jacques Ranci\u00e8re ha articulado una relectura de la est\u00e9tica en sus diferentes per\u00edodos a partir dela famosa frase de una carta de Flaubert en la que afirma, como ideal de la escritura, el \u201clibro sobre nada\u201d. Ranci\u00e8re hace de esta actitud un hito del profundo cambio en el r\u00e9gimen de las artes (comenzado con el romanticismo alem\u00e1n),dando lugar al r\u00e9gimen est\u00e9tico, aquel donde el trabajo formal con el material debe justificar fuertemente, con su marca art\u00edstica, la falta de fundamento del arte, al mismo tiempo que proclama la indiferencia de todo tema, asunto o contenido. Al mismo tiempo, la indiferenciaci\u00f3n se\u00f1alada por Ranci\u00e8re, en su profundizaci\u00f3n, ha permitido la entrada al \u00e1mbito borroso de \u201clo literario\u201d de nuevos actores y nuevas voces, renovando el campo del regimen est\u00e9tico mismo, llev\u00e1ndolo a un punto que parece no tener retorno: escrituras de las minor\u00edas, escrituras migrantes, escrituras desde el g\u00e9nero, o los di\u00e1logos entre culturas, escrituras fronterizas, all\u00ed donde la literatura confirma, de modo no banal, la afirmaci\u00f3n de Derrida, \u201ctengo una lengua, no es la m\u00eda\u201d. The French philosopher Jacques Ranci\u00e8re has articulated a reinterpretation of aesthetics in its different periods from the famous phrase of a letter by Flaubert in which he affirms, as the ideal of writing, the \"book about nothing\". Ranci\u00e8re makes this attitude a milestone of the profound change in the regime of the arts (started with German romanticism),giving rise to the aesthetic regime, that where formal work with material must strongly justify, with its artistic brand, the lack of foundation of art, at the same time proclaiming the indifference of every subject, issue or content. At the same time, the indifferentiation pointed out by Ranci\u00e8re, in its deepening, has allowed the entrance to the fuzzy scope of \"the literary\" of new actors and new voices, renewing the field of the aesthetic regime itself, taking it to a point that seems to have no return Minority writings, migrant writings, writings from the genre, or dialogues between cultures, border writings, where literature confirms, in a non-banal way, Derrida's statement, \"I have a language, it's not mine\". Analyze three aspects of the literatures of the XX and XXI centuries, that is, the literatures about nothing, the literatures within the framework of gender theories, and the literatures in the framework of migrations and dialogues between cultures, will allow us to open the field of thought of the category of \"aesthetic regime\" of Ranci\u00e9re, and to see its echoes in a situated position with regard to questions of cultural policy, geopolitical spaces of cultural enunciation, new artistic contexts, and new social subjects, and to evaluate the possibility of the existence of a
