posters cient\u00edficos<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El objetivo de las jornadas es promover el di\u00e1logo entre equipos de investigaci\u00f3n, estudiantes y docentes que tengan inter\u00e9s en analizar las transformaciones recientes en el modelo productivo y sus consecuencias sobre el trabajo y el empleo, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n en las formas de organizaci\u00f3n colectiva. En particular esta tercera edici\u00f3n se propone indagar problemas y desaf\u00edos del mercado laboral argentino contempor\u00e1neo poniendo especial atenci\u00f3n en lo que ata\u00f1e a las organizaciones sindicales y a las nuevas generaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En esta oportunidad se combinar\u00e1n dos modalidades de intercambio: los paneles centrales y la presentaci\u00f3n de posters, con participaci\u00f3n de investigadores, docentes y estudiantes de la UNLP, y especialistas invitados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El <\/span><b>objetivo de los p\u00f3sters<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es comunicar de manera gr\u00e1fica resultados parciales y\/o finales de una investigaci\u00f3n en un espacio de intercambio acad\u00e9mico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>DESTINATARIOS:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estudiantes avanzados de grado, maestr\u00eda y doctorado; investigadores\/as y equipos de investigaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>CONTENIDO DEL P\u00d3STER (*obligatorio):\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>T\u00cdTULO*<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>AUTOR\/ES*<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Nombre, apellido; pertenencia institucional<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>INTRODUCCI\u00d3N\/PRESENTACI\u00d3N DEL PROBLEMA*:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Breve introducci\u00f3n a la tem\u00e1tica, planteamiento de los objetivos, hip\u00f3tesis de trabajo y\/o justificaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>METODOLOG\u00cdA*:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Describir c\u00f3mo se llev\u00f3 a cabo la investigaci\u00f3n, es decir c\u00f3mo se recolectaron\/construyeron y analizaron los datos. Puede delimitarse la unidad de an\u00e1lisis, la perspectiva metodol\u00f3gica y las t\u00e9cnicas utilizadas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>ESTADO DEL ARTE:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Presentaci\u00f3n sint\u00e9tica de las discusiones en las cuales se inscribe la problem\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>AN\u00c1LISIS\/PRESENTACI\u00d3N DE RESULTADOS:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Presentaci\u00f3n sint\u00e9tica de los principales resultados parciales y\/o finales de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>CONCLUSIONES:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> S\u00edntesis de los principales hallazgos y\/o l\u00edneas a seguir profundizando.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>REFERENCIAS BIBLIOGR\u00c1FICAS:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> No es obligatorio incluir el apartado referencias bibliogr\u00e1ficas en un p\u00f3ster. Si se decide incluir se recomienda seleccionar las m\u00e1s importantes o con mayor vinculaci\u00f3n con el tema.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n se pueden incluir im\u00e1genes, tablas, gr\u00e1ficos y fotograf\u00edas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>ORIENTACIONES:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El t\u00edtulo debe ser breve y explicitar el tema del trabajo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elecci\u00f3n de colores: se recomienda no utilizar m\u00e1s de 3 colores. Elegir colores de relleno y fuente que contrasten\/faciliten la lectura.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se sugiere utilizar fondos claros y letras oscuras.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usar un tipo y tama\u00f1o de letra que permita su f\u00e1cil lectura. Tipos de letra recomendados: Arial, Tahoma, Times New Roman, Trebuchet. Tama\u00f1o recomendado: para el cuerpo del texto 32, subt\u00edtulos 40, t\u00edtulo 60.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Realizar textos breves y concisos. No se recomiendan m\u00e1s de 10 l\u00edneas en cada caja de texto. No sobrecarga de \u201ctexto\u201d el p\u00f3ster, priorizar su impacto visual.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si se incluyen tablas, figuras, gr\u00e1ficos recordar que deben tener t\u00edtulo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Colocar im\u00e1genes y\/o fotograf\u00edas que tengan buena
